When you order flowers or send us a request on this website, we get your name, mobile and anything you write in the form, so we can call you back about your order.

What we do with them

• We only use them to reply to you and to make and deliver your flowers.
• We never sell them or add you to a mailing list.
• Messages are kept in our website inbox for up to 400 days so we can look up an order, and we can delete them sooner if you ask.
